Our Management Team

Sahil Gupta

CEO and Chief Engineer

Sahil Gupta is a proven leader and Subject Matter Expert in Engineering Change Control, design engineering, supply chain, work management, and construction processes. He led design workstreams in various cross-functional large-scale projects to develop and test FOAK reactor tooling, reactor core components, NDE examinations, Fitness for Service (FFS) assessments, radioactive material handling, and regulatory compliance.

Rabi Yari

President and COO

Rabi Yari has extensive experience in Nuclear Safety Analysis, Field Engineering, and nuclear materials research. He worked on projects that dealt with both deterministic and probabilistic safety analysis within the Nuclear Safety Analysis department at Ontario Power Generation (OPG) and the Reactor Physics department at Kinectrics NSS. He led multiple successful site implementations and troubleshooting of various large-scale projects at the Bruce Power Nuclear Generating Stations.

Mark Pocock

Vice President of Operations and Business Development

Mark Pocock joined the Fermi team in 2022 to lead the areas of project delivery and business strategy. He brings demonstrated and diverse nuclear sector experience in various technical and managerial roles encompassing the complete lifecycle of complex projects and programs, with an analytical focus on the creation, alignment, and transition of organizational benefits through process and resource optimization, governance, stakeholder engagement, and robust control of risk and change.

Nadeem Murji

Engineering Director

Nadeem brings a wealth of experience in greenfield and large-scale projects in the Canadian and international nuclear industries. He has a proven track record of success in developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges and possesses in-depth knowledge of industry best practices. He specializes in leadership and pressure boundary and has diverse experience in various capacities of design engineering and analysis, field execution, project management, quality assurance, and supply chain.

Jagjit Singh

Manager of Design Engineering

Jagjit Singh brings broad experience in project engineering, design engineering, and field execution for complex engineering projects in the nuclear industry. He led in both technical support and engineering oversight during the planning, development, execution, and commissioning for various large-scale projects at the Bruce Power Nuclear Generating Stations.

Our History

Fermi Solutions Inc. was founded in 2020 by Canadian engineering management consultants combining 20 years of design and field execution experience. The company was built and poised to solve the growing demand for experienced consultants who could support the ever-changing nuclear technology landscape.

The vision of our founding partners was to create a specialized group of engineers who can work directly with our clients and provide them with expert technical advice to solve their problems. With our experience in engineering management of large-scale complex projects, our business has grown to include a strong portfolio of specialized reactor tooling solutions for reactor refurbishments, radioactive waste management, generator rewinds, mega-watt upgrade projects, excitation system modifications and reactor component replacements.
